About
CVPE — Certa Vizio Pri Eŭropo, "a certain vision of Europe," in Esperanto: a language invented by a Polish oculist precisely because no nation owned it. The site publishes essays on European sovereignty, security doctrine, institutional architecture, and civic identity; a lexicon of coined terms; and an accusation audit of where Europe falls short of its own stated values.
The house discipline is Ahonen's Razor: problem, attribution, and solution kept strictly separate. Predictions are logged with timestamps and revisited in public, whether they aged well or not.
